Booking Policy
House Rules
- No smoking in the bedrooms,
- No parties or events are allowed without permission.
- Check-in time from 2 PM
- Check-out by 12 PM
- No pets allowed
Cancelation
- Full deposit refund if cancel within 14 days prior to arrival.
- 50% deposit payment will be charged if cancelation within 8 days prior to arrival.
- Full cancelation fee of 100% booking payment will be charged if cancel within less than 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival.
Payments
- Prepayment 50% is required upon booking made.
- Full-payment is required within 7 days prior to arrival.
- Without any deposit payment, the villa will be not reserved and booking will be automatically canceled without notice.
- Security Deposit is required upon arrival and refundable at check-out.
Children
- Child younger than 5 years old may sleep with parents in the main bed without extra charge.
- Baby cot is available upon request with extra charge.
- Children older than 5 years old require to stay in other bedroom and fully charged.
