Booking Policy

House Rules

No smoking in the bedrooms,
No parties or events are allowed without permission.
Check-in time from 2 PM
Check-out by 12 PM
No pets allowed

Cancelation

Full deposit refund if cancel within 14 days prior to arrival.
50% deposit payment will be charged if cancelation within 8 days prior to arrival.
Full cancelation fee of 100% booking payment will be charged if cancel within less than 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival.

Payments

Prepayment 50% is required upon booking made.
Full-payment is required within 7 days prior to arrival.
Without any deposit payment, the villa will be not reserved and booking will be automatically canceled without notice.
Security Deposit is required upon arrival and refundable at check-out.

Children

Child younger than 5 years old may sleep with parents in the main bed without extra charge.
Baby cot is available upon request with extra charge.
Children older than 5 years old require to stay in other bedroom and fully charged.
